I provide a variety of individual, family, and group services. All my services are on-line, affordable, customized, inclusive, and globally relevant.

clinical services

I use an eclectic approach when serving individuals and families. I rely on principles and information based on school psychology, positive psychology, learning, applied behavior analysis, special education acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, exercise, art, mindfulness, zen, Hinduism, Buddhism, compassion, and spirituality to guide me in developing a unique, gentle, solid, and doable behavior plan.

FAMILY SUPPORT: Raising children and  providing them with education is certainly intuitive. However, not all children are the same and some need more and different than usual. Not all children will benefit from the same techniques. We know this based on siblings behaving differently within the same family. Sometimes it is issues related to mealtime, sometimes it is about getting homework done. Sometimes it is about a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder’s goals planning and sometimes it is about teaching independence. And sometimes it is abut getting a hair cut or dental care.

So, what do we do when some children act out or have different needs that makes parenting harder? Just like we manage different plants as per their care instructions, we can successfully manage varying child needs. Surely, nothing is possible unless we all commit to working together to make a real tangible change. Together, we can make it happen!

I provide behavioral training to parents, teachers, and caregivers of children with and without disabilities. I have experience working with various home, school, hospital, and community behavioral problems and enhancing skills. Along with gentle and supporting guidance to parents, I conduct behavioral assessments and train parents/teachers/caregivers to deliver the treatment in an effective manner. Such plans can be helpful in navigating everyday life, managing major behavioral challenges or skills deficit, or undergo stressful situations such as a medical procedure (e.g., blood draw, medicine consumption), travel, or social events.

It is not an easy or quick process. But, it is certainly achievable. Nothing changes until something changes. Often, there are small tweaks to be made in the environment or in our reaction. I use compassion-based behavioral training to support parents. Be it basic daily behavior management or skills building of a child with special needs, I am here for you.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT: Are you struggling to change habits? We all can get in the loop of either eating unhealthy or thinking unhealthy. But, we don’t have to stay stuck in that rut. If we led ourselves to a spot of bad habits, we can surely lead ourselves to a spot of good habits. I am here to help you develop tools to cultivate new habits and behavior. If you are ready to commit and work diligently, let’s do it!
